(SMS)

Please carefully review
the following terms and conditions. By sending us one or more text messaging,
the end user, client or customer expressly consent to receive non-marketing
text messages from A2Z POS, LLC. ("A2Z POS"). You may opt-out of these
communications at any time. Consent to receive non-marketing text messages is
not required to purchase any Point of Sale goods or Point of Sale services.
You also accept and agree to be bound by these SMS Terms and Conditions, the
Website Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms and
agreements related to your use of A2Z POS's services.
PROGRAM DISCRIPTION:
A2Z POS, its independently owned, and its service providers may use a text
message to reply the service requested by the end user, client or customer.
A2Z POS text messages are intended to provide the end user, client or
customer with confirmation regarding message is received or tech support team
will contact the end user, client or customer back.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY:
The number of A2Z POS text messages that you receive will vary depending on
how many times A2Z POS received text messaging from the end user, and require
Point of Sale support. The frequency of marketing messages will not occur due
to the text message is not intend to use for this purpose.
COST:
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in
connection with A2Z POS text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone
service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing
plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. A2Z POS does not
impose a separate fee for sending A2Z POS text messages.
SUPPORTED CARRIERS:
Supported carriers may change from time to time, but currently include
AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, US
Cellular, and Cellular One, among others.
HOW TO OPT-IN:
If you would like to receive text message communication, text START, YES, to
this phone number 1-877-722-9767 from (Your Company Name), You will be
optin-in to text messages.
HOW TO
OPT-OUT:
You can opt
out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or
UNSUBSCRIBE to support@a2zpos.com or
1-877-722-9767. After unsubscribing, we will remove your number from
our list within 24 hours. You will receive one final text message to confirm
you have unsubscribed.
Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with
third parties for marketing purposes. A2Z POS LLC. will not sell, rent, or
share the collected mobile numbers.
Data
Collection:
We will collect your name, email address, mailing
address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates. The
information will be collected via a web form in our website.
Data Usage:
We use your data solely for sending ticket /order status
and theft alerts.
Data Security:
We protect your data with secure storage measures to
prevent unauthorized access.
Data Retention:
We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service.
You may request deletion at any time.
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY:
Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or
receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting
or data plan. Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies. Contact

HELP or to STOP receiving messages.
YOUR MOBILE TELEPHONE NUMBER:
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone
number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for notifying A2Z POS
immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You agree to
indemnify A2Z POS in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or
caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify A2Z POS if you change
your telephone number, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses,
and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection
Act.
ACCESS OR DELIVERY TO MOBILE NETWORK IS NOT GUARANTEED:
Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a
variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that
network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are
outside of A2Z POS’s control, and A2Z POS is not responsible or liable for
issues arising from them.
ELIGIBILITY:
To receive A2Z POS text messages, you must be a resident of the United States
and 18 years of age or older. A2Z POS reserves the right to require you to
prove that you are at least 18 years of age.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
A2Z POS may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms and Conditions at any
time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it
is posted to www.a2zpos.com. You agree to review these SMS Terms and
Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your
continued consent to receive A2Z POS text messages will indicate your
acceptance of those changes.
TERMINATION OF TEXT MESSAGING:
A2Z POS may suspend or terminate your receipt of A2Z POS text messages if A2Z
POS believes you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your
receipt of A2Z POS text messages is also subject to termination in the event
that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. A2Z POS reserves the
right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part
of A2Z POS text messages, with or without notice.
